What are some ways to get smaller legs?

My legs are just too big.

Are they too big muscular wise or are they "fat? " The best way is to go on a low fat and low carb diet with high protein to slim your legs along with your whole body. Try running or getting on an aerobic machine at the gym and you will see those inches melt away in no time.

Riding the upright bike for at least 30 minutes every day, pumping your legs as quickly as possible. Doing exercises will help; lunges (with or without weights), leg press & using the inner & outer thigh machines.

I would suggest doing a whole lot of cardio to reduce the size of your legs. You need cardio to burn fat.

We cannot change ou genetics. If your legs are fat do cardio they will slim down as we lose fat where we have it.
