What are some tips to help you gain weight?

Try to focus on food that is high in calories. Sometimes also fat food is recommended, but that might have other side effects on you health. In general I would recommend bread, potatoes, rice and pasta. If your not physically very active this should make you gain weight in healthy way.

Of course, the most important tip is to drink a lot of water. You should add 300-500 calories on your normal calorie intake. You have to eat more on proteins, carbohydrates, fat and of course liquid intake such as juices and water.
