Do exercises with moderate weight. Try three sets of 12-15 repetitions on each set. Work your biceps, triceps, chest, back, and legs. The groups can be split up or all worked the same day. Do this three times a week.

In order to achieve lean muscle that gives women a thin muscular physique, try weight lifting at lower weights with more repetitions. Alternate with an even amount of cardio to keep yourself from bulking up too much like a man.
