                                                          You could try having your oysters cooked for a change, Oysters Kirkpatrick is a classic, or how about adding them to a seafood sauce to serve with pasta. Less well known, but delicious is a recipe from England that uses oysters in a steak pie ! Smoked oysters are also worth a try.
