What are some recipes that use Bailey's Irish Cream?

A lot of people mix Bailey's into their coffee after dinner. It is a nice drink to have after a meal.

Of course, Bailey's on the rocks is a given. You could put a shot in coffee and add some whipped cream on top. My favorite is a mudslide, mixing equal parts of Baileys, Kahlua and vodka, throw in a scoop of ice cream and put in the blender, delicious!

If you have a recipe for snow cream, or ice cream substitute Bailey's Irish Cream for the flavoring. Also, when making milk shakes, add Bailey's Irish Cream instead of or in addition to chocolate or other flavoring.
