It depends on the ages of the kids and what you all enjoy. The beaches are beautiful and there are gorgeous islands just offshore. There are historic sites, museums for art and culture, great shopping, wonderful restaurants, golf, sailing, fishing, para-sailing, and more. Do some Internet research or pick up a guide book at the bookstore for details.

There are many fun activities in Panama. Some of the msot fun can be had looking at the old ruins near the city. Additionally, there is a jungle that has been converted to a public park. This park has some incredible wildlife and hiking opportunities. Bocas Del Toro and the San Blas islands also provide great excitement.

Panama has almost no tax on imported goods, so shopping is cheap. Try nearby Miraflores locks(Panama Canal) and Historic Old Town. Lots of nightlife in Panama City
