Plank flooring is durable and easy to maintain. With proper care the flooring can last for many years. Homes with plank flooring would sell faster than others because of the value. There are also many styles available in several types of wood. The cons are that it is very expensive to install, noisy, an needs refinshing occasionally.

In my opinion, plank flooring looks great when its fully finished, but it is a real annoyance to install and takes a long time to install also.
