The White Nile starts in southern Rwanda and through Tanzania, Uganda and Sudan. The Blue Nile starts in Ethiopia and into Sudan. The joined Nile River flows into Egypt.
From the north, the Nile River geographically starts off from Egypt and flows through Sudan where near Khartoum it is divided into two separate streams. One of which goes into Ethiopia and the other one into Uganda.
