Always make sure you have juice instead of tea, especially if she's young because most children don't like the taste of tea. Have a dress up theme as well.

Assuming your daughter is around the age 4-10, i would suggest maybe a hello kitty theme, like decorateing scones to look like hello kitty with frosting and candy pieces. check into a local thrift shop for teapots and cups and saucers.

To have a tea party for your daughter set up the table with plastic tea cups and plates and use small cakes for finger food and you are set.
