What are some home remedies for a scratched eyeball?

Rest and time, that's about it. Try to take it easy and be mindful of how much you are moving your eyes. Warm compresses to help you relax and rest they eyes are quite helpful too.

A scratched eyeball heals quickly but is uncomfortable. It is best to use a warm compress on the closed eyelids to ease the discomfort while you sleep. Avoid wearing eye makeup for a few days and keep your eyes closed as much as possible to promote healing of the eye.

Some home remedies are to flush your eye with clean water, wear an eye patch to prevent debris like dust from flying into your eye, use natural saline eye drops to keep your eye lubricated, don't touch your eye, and if you go out in the sun make sure you are wearing sunglasses to cut down on the bright sun.

Wash your eye first with clear cool water, then keep it cover for about 2 days then take bandage off and just take it slow and rest eye often,

There is not a good home remedy for this problem. You really need to see an eye doctor. You could have an infection.

Flushing the eye with water or getting an over the counter eye wash can help. Also, over the counter ointments or eye drops with antibacterial ingredients can be helpful. Ask your local pharmacist to help you pick them out. Try wearing dark glasses until the irritation goes away. If none of these remedies work, please see a doctor.

Blink rapidly to produce tears that can help "wash" eyeball and dislodge object if that is possible. Wash eye out with contact saline solution, careful not to touch eyeball.

The best remedy is that you dip your eyes in rose water as it will cure as well as give you a relief and try wearing goggles in sunlight.
