One of my favorite kid friendly snack is granola snack mix. You can use pre-made granola cereal, add raisins, peanuts (make sure no-one is allergic), and mm's. Also, I love making banana-dogs. You use a whole wheat hot dog bun, spread a little peanut butter inside the bun if desired, and then use a banana instead of a hot dog.

Vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, celery, or cherry tomatoes are always good. Even if you serve them with some type of salad dressing to dip them in it is still a good choice.

Low Fat banana pudding: You need 1 package of low fat cinnamon graham crackers, fat free cool whip, fat free vanilla pudding (or chocolate), fat free milk, and bananas. Make pudding according to directions and then mix with 1/3 cool whip. Layer crackers in a 8x8 pan, then pudding, then bananas.Repeat and top with cool whip.

Fruit or Veggies and dip always go over well. You can also take an oatmeal cookie recipe and add apples, carrots, bran, flax, raisens, etc. to them.
