You can give them kiwi, limes, green grapes, pears, green apples, honeydew melon, or green bananas. Those are all good choices.

Some green fruits to include in one's diet are: Granny Smith apples, pears, grapes, honeydew melon, kiwi fruit, star fruit, and limes, although the latter wouldn't taste pleasant on its own. Some green vegetables, such as zucchini and some tomato varieties, are technically fruit as well.

Some green fruits that would be easy to give children or to pack in their lunches include pears, which you could buy diced and canned for lunches, or whole for snacks at home. You could also use bunches of green grapes, honeydew melon, and green apples. Limes can also be squeezed into drinks for added nutrition.

I suggest either green grapes or green apples, though these can be a bit too sour for some people. If they do not take a liking to those two, you can also offer them pears. If that is still unsuccessful, I suggest cantaloupes. They are by far my personal favorites, especially this summer because they are very refreshing.

Kiwi is a fantastic option for green fruit. Green grapes are also very good. There are also gooseberries, figs, granny smith apples, cucumber, and avocado. All of these things are very healthful and rich in antioxidants.

You can give your child a granny smith apple, peeled and cut up. Kiwi is a very tasty green fruit, just peel and slice. Green Grapes just rinse and serve. A lime would also be another good choice.

How about Anjou/Bartlett pears, green grapes, kiwis, starfruit, honeydew melons, and granny smith/fuji apples. Some people also prefer their bananas a bit on the green side.
