Do not administer ANY type of over the counter pain medications to your cat without veterinary approval. Many of these products are deadly to cats even in very small doses. Tylenol is extremely toxic to cats. Aspirin and ibuprofen are sometimes prescribed for feline aliments, but a professional must calculate dosages, as too much medication is lethal.

When it comes to pain medication you cannot get it over the counter anymore. People started abusing every drug known to man and now you cannot even treat your cat over the counter. You will have to contact a Vet's office and get him checked out. They will give you the appropriate medicine.

I would give the cat some children's Tylenol or Ibprofin for pain and also you could alternate the two to keep something in its system.

When it comes to cats unlike dogs you have to be more cautious about any over the counter medications, you might be able to give a very small dose of baby asprin but you would have to consult a veterinarian about the dosage because it depends on the cats weight.
