What are some good water loving plants to grow around my koi pound?

I live in a n area that it rains a great deal of time and need plant recommendations that can survive the wet weather.

I would probably suggest some bog plants like cattails, grasses, reeds, cannas or some of the water plants like a lotus or lily.

There are many plants than can benefit oxygenation in your Koi pond. Floating plants are Water Hyacinth and Water Lettuce, deep water plants like Water Lilies and Lotus, and marginal plant include cannas, reeds and cattails. You have many lovely choices to benefit your landscaping that serve varied purposes and can keep your koi in good health.

One plant to consider is the King Tut papyrus. Sweet Flag Water Grass is another popular plant to grow around your pond. Irises also grow well under almost any condition.
