Low calorie snacks can be difficult to find in grocery stores, and can also be expensive sometime. However, here are some good, low calorie snacks that I have found over the years: unbuttered, unsalted popcorn; chips and salsa; lite yogurt; Quaker rice cakes; any types of fruit or vegetables; pretzels; smoothies; and chewy granola bars.
