Along with all the basic interview questions about your experience and if you are a team player, you will also want to be prepared to talk about your teaching and leadership style. Good questions will ask about lesson plans and program structures. Also a good question to ask how they would most benefit the school and community.

How would you handle a school bully? What is the zero tolerance policy? What do you do if a young child unknowingly brings illegal drugs to school? When a parent requests a transfer due to harassment of their child, how would you handle it? What is the best reaction when a parent wants to pull a child out and homeschool?
