How much experience do you have with children of this age? How do you handle a child when he/she is not behaving well?

First off, how long have they been doing it, and why. Then there are questions specific to your kids, and also give them scenarios that are likely to be present with your own children. And then finally, ask for references from previous employers and a criminal background check on them.
