The Jim Marrs book Crossfire, about the Kennedy Assassination, might be the granddaddy of all conspiracy books. The Illuminatus! Trilogy, by Robert Anton Wilson, is fiction, but is a near encyclopedia of conspiracy theories. Then there is The Big Lie, by Thierry Meyssan, which theorizes that the 911 attacks were part of a larger conspiracy.

You will not find any true stories in conspiracy books as they mostly rely on conjecture. There are good history books that have been written about conspiracies though.
