I would layer the black and make sure that it is different fabrics. You could add color with colorful jewelry, a head band or even a belt.

With all black, only solid colors can match up. Hence if someone is wearing all-black(I am considering all black dress) then they can accessorize themselves with solid colors for example bracelets, bangles, necklaces, rings, earrings of solid colours like solid green, solid red, blue. Solid Red goes very well with all black, if one carries them well.
