What are some facts about the Sahara Desert?

It is the hottest, largest desert on earth. It covers around 9,000,000 square kilometers. Has some of the tallest sand dunes, that can reach about 198 meters in height. Has 500 differente species of flora. Nobody lives in there specifically, but there's a lot of group of nomads that move from place to place.

The Sahara Desert is world's hottest desert and is larger than the United States. An interesting fact is the Sahara changes forms due to wind. As the wind blows the elevations and landforms change with some of the tallest sand dunes reaching 190 meters in height.
