Process done under identical conditions.Example; Johny and Clark are collecting different kinds of stones from beach. Johny collect 10 shells, 2 white stones and 20 black stones. Clark gets 1 shell, 2 white stones and 16 black stones. Here the numbers are all called data collected. Comparitive study performed further.

Data is a collection of records with which a result can be drawn out.Exact meaning of data is information.Some of its examples are database,data bank,data table,data structure,data capture,data processing,raw data and data cable.
