What are some effective cheerleading exercises?

You can do some stomach crunches, high kicks, forward lunges, and try the upward facing dog to help with stretching and limberness. Supported shoulder stands are an effective exercise.

Jumping jacks are always a classic choice. Running in place can also be quite beneficial. If you have pom poms, don't be afraid to toss them around and do some dancing!
