Not Medical Advice: Common speech disorders range from Dyslexia where the child sees things backwards. Childhood Apraxia of Speech which is a motor skills disorder problems pronouncing the words. Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders (OMD) which is another motor skill disorder where the child's tongue makes them pronounce words incorrectly.

Some common childhood speech disorders would be lisps, stutters, and the inability to pronounce certain letters (usually s, c and k).
