There are many causes for frequent urination some of them are, Diabetes, normal aging, urinary track infections, drinking too much water or coffee or alcohol, kidney stones, stress, depression, prostatic cancer, etc.

It could be that you have a smaller bladder. But if there is any pain or if you are just peeing a little bit every time you could have a urine tract infection and you will need to see a doctor.

A bladder or kidney infection is one of the most common causes. In men it could also be a prostrate problem. A change in diet sometimes results in more trips to the bathroom. Being in a stressful situation is also a cause. Pregnancy also makes you go more.
