You need to drink more water! Diluting the urine will make it less irritating to the bladder resulting in less frequent urination. If you suspect the frequency is due to an impending urinary tract infection, cranberry juice and dried cranberry tablets are very effective. Consult your doctor if fever develops.

It is a good idea to flush your urinary tract out with a lot of fluid because you probably have a lot of infection in your tract. You should drink plenty of cranberry juice. Get the kind that does not have sugar added. You should also avoid sugars because they increase bacteria which leads to infection.
