Some herbs that might be helpful would be Cornus, to strenghten the kidneys. Dodder, comes in tea or tablet form. Valerian or Panax ginseng, both relax the muscles and stop spasms. Ten ounces of cranberry juice every day may help. The lactobacillus acidophilus in plain yogurt is also suggessted. Last of all, you may want to check for diabetes.
