I'd say go with the majors such as Royal Caribean or Princess Cruises. Jamacia is always a popular destination, same with Bahamas.

Some Caribbean cruises only go to one, perhaps two destinations. However, some larger cruise lines such as Carnival offer 7-8 day cruises that go all throughout the Western Caribbean. One cruise that Carnival offers travels from Southern Florida to destinations such as Mexico, the Bahamas and Honduras.

You have a couple of options. Most cruises are broken up between East or West Caribbean. The majority of the islands offer the same activities. Personally, I wouldn't go to Dominican Republic. Otherwise, you really can't go wrong in the Caribbean.

Most Caribbean cruises are divided into Western and Southern. A Western itinerary would include ports such as Cozumel, Mexico, Grand Cayman, Labadee, Haiti, Ocho Rios ,Jamaica, Belize City, Belize. Southern ports would include Puerto Rico, Aruba, St. Thomas, Dominica, St. Maarten, Antigua, Virgin Islands.
