Firstly, you should identify the foods and drinks that may be causing this and stop eating or drinking them. Secondly, fennel chewed or steeped and drank as a tea is helpful as is ginger. You should also generally eliminate from your diet, caffeine, alcohol, high salt and high fat foods.

Dyspepsia is a disease that affect the stomach of a human being. This can be cured by taking fruits like lemon or grape because they reduces the acidity in stomach and helps digestion.

My first and best is a half tsp of baking soda stirred into 8 ozs of water- however don't take this if you are restricting sodium. Nibbling on preserved ginger, or drinking real ginger ale (containing ginger! ) is very efficacious. Stir the bubbles out. Check and modify your diet.
