The most affordable airsoft guns are those made by Jin Gong, KS, and Kart. Jin Gong airsoft guns are all of the electric or AEG variety and come in a variety of models such as the H&K G36, G36C, and G36K. Jin Gong also makes other models but these are the best ones. KS and Kart make good FN P90's.

You can find pretty cheap entry level guns at places like Walmart and Gander Mountin. They have guns ranging in price from $20 up to $100+. So you should be able to find something in your price range.
