These are small fluid-filled sacs that develop. Most are harmless but some can cause problems if the cause pain, rupture or bleed. Simple ovarian cysts that are larger than 5-10 centimeters should be removed with surgery. Your gynecologist will no best.

after you get your period your ovario start a hole new cycle, and after ovulation it start to grow a cyst called luteus that provides progesterona to your body, sometime this cysts doenst diseapear and that is called the simple ovarian cyst, with the hormonal cycle it can get bigger and smaller, but i dont have why to worry

They are little cysts on your ovaries and they are nothing that you should worry about unless you are having servere pain.
