What are simple meals for two people?

I need suggestions on what to cook for two.

One of the simplest and quickest meals for two people is grilled meat such as steak, pork chops or chicken. While the meat is being grilled, you can prepare a nice green salad and cook baked potatoes in the microwave in a very short amount of time.

It works well to cook once and get two meals each time. Make meat loaf, hearty soups, stews, casseroles, roast chicken, pot roast and have innovative "leftovers" the second time around. It's cheaper to cook in quantity and reduces your time at the stove too! I save a lot by doing this.

A simple meal for two is spaghetti. Most spaghetti pasta comes in packages where you can take what you need and tape up the open end. Sauce can be bought in a jar that can be resealed in not all the sauce is needed. Slice up a loaf of Italian bread and you have a good meal for two.

My favorite is pasta shells and meat sauce. Very simply boil some water, add medium pasta shells. While the shells are cooking brown some chop meat in a pan with a little olive oil, garlic, onion, and black pepper. Drain pasta when fully cooked. Heat up some tomato sauce. Add your pasta, cooked meat, and tomato sauce in bowl. Done!

The decent and healthy people should have their breakfast healthy like for example boil egg and afternoon they can have te time they can have dinner time any kind of gravy with the pita bread this is a full day meal for two people.Which is healthy and effective to have o good life.
