Silver Cross Dolls are an old, old doll company that produces a style of Doll. They also make life size carriages and accessories for their dolls. No they are not religious dolls at all and sometimes they are used in Homemaker classes as babies to teach about parenting in school. They are VERY expensive.

Silver Cross is a company which manufactures prams or carriages for dolls. They do not have any religious affiliation. The term Silver Cross, comes from Silver Cross Street where the first carriages were manufactured by Brittish inventor William Wilson.
