This contagious condition also known as impetigo is caused by a bacterial infection and seems to be seen most often in very young children. It is most commonly seen around the mouth and nose area in the form of a rash, but it can manifest itself on other areas of the body.

Impetigo is a skin rash common among young children. It results in blisters or sores on the face, neck, hands, and diaper area. The blisters may be large or crusted. When the blisters burst, liquid flows and skin may become red. Tan, yellow, or brown crust may appear on the affected area.

I think you mean impetigo. This is an extremely contagious skin infection that produces blisters that ooze fluid. The blisters can appear anywhere on the body, but the mouth area is the most common. This must be treated with antibiotics.
