I think very severe headaches and i mean very severe, "worst ever" headaches. Your doctor may do a ct scan which would show any irregularities in the blood flow in your brain.

The signs of an aneurysm depend upon the location of the aneurysm. They can occur in any great vessel of the body. For instance, a brain aneurysm is may cause visual disturbances, headaches, or loss of balance, depending on which portion of the brain it is pressing on. Abdominal aneurysms often have no symptoms at all.
