Renter right are rights the renter has when renting an apartment. They can tell you under what conditions you do not have to pay the rent. But you will pay the rent to the court. If the owner does not live up the lease agreement.

It is not always the same, or course they are some laws that must be followed, like you must have running water, heat, etc. But most of the answers to your questions will be found on your lease (if you have one). Another good thing to do if you are confused is you can talk to your landlord about it.

Renters have the right to a safe residence, to not have the landlord or others enter the premises at will, and to all utilities they have paid for.
