Make proper agreement with the landlord for which the property is taking. All main points covering the reason for rental, privacy, periodical repairs, procedure for payment of electricity and water bills, etc should be clearly mentioned in the agreement. The landlord should ensure proper cleaning, pure drinking water, air circulation etc and refund of security deposit on vacation of property.
