Overhead Expenses (or simply Overhead) is expenses that are necessary for business to function, but not directly generate income. There are many Overhead Expenses those can include all bills, traveling, insurance, marketing expenses and so on. The difference is that regular expenses include everything and Overhead is simply a part of regular expenses.
