Most likely you have a ruined heater core. The heater core is the baseline for actually warming the air. The fans job is only to "push" the heated air after its been warmed. Luckily on this vehicle its easy and cheap to fix. The part is less than 50.00 and can be replaced at home in 30 minutes or less.
