Kinder Eggs are small chocolates in the shape of eggs with a toy inside. They are banned for two reasons: the toys are small and have been deemed as choking hazards for kids, and the food and drug act prohibits placing non-food items inside of food items. It's a shame, but that's the law, I guess.
