Indoor/Outdoor carpet is the best solution for screened-in porches. Make sure that a suitable adhesive is used, otherwise the adhesive will break down and you'll have a bad looking floor. There are specific products to used that are called outdoor floor adhesives, your local store can help you with that.

A good floor for a screened-in porch is a high-quality Hardwood floor, preferably redwood, and sealed with a very durable, weather-proof finish. Redwood is very good because it is an excellent wood for somewhat harsh conditions, in which the weather and / or humidity fluctuates a great deal. the weather-proof finish is also important for protection and durability.

A good floor would be a hard cement floor. Those are probably the best or you can make some kind of light brick way that would be efficient also. Choose a floor that suits your needs and is affordable at cost to you. Choose something that will last a lifetime.

Some good floors for screened in porches are finished cement, astro turf, and indoor/outdoor carpet. All of these are durable materials and can weather the elements in case rain or snow gets on them.

Indoor-outdoor carpet is going to be your best bet. A basic needlepunch should run you about $5.00 psy, but if you wish to have a higher end indoor/outdoor it can range all the way up to $25 psy. It retains its color in the sunlight and can withstand water exposure.
