These are gel inserts for women that like to wear shoes that have heals and are somewhat uncomfortable. The inserts make the shoes more comfortable by providing a cushion for the areas of the shoes where the feet get pinched or sore while walking. They are pretty cheap and really do make a difference in a day of walking.
