Dustbins are stationary recepticles or portable pans which collect dust shoved into it by a person for the purpose of cleaning a floor. They can be plastic or metal in terms of material.

I found two. The first one is used in Britain and it refers to what we call a garbage can. The next one I found is just a pile of dust.

Dustbin is a British term for a garbage or trash can. Dustbins can also be used as a slang term where one would also use garbage or trash can.
