Was "Bigfoot and Wildboy" released on DVD?

I loved that show when I was a kid.

It actually has been released on DVD, but it is such an old and bizarre show. The episodes are only 15 minutes long, and the series was originally on Saturday morning television in the late seventies. The actors from this show went on to be in other shows, but I'm sure they'll never forget their time on Bigfoot.

Not officially. Rhino Video owns the rights to distribute the show if they ever want to release it on DVD. They currently have no plans to do so. However, there are sites like that have unofficially released it. I, though, do not know if they did a quality conversion to the digital format.

The company (Rhino Video) that could possibly get permission to make DVDs out of it has states there are no plans to make DVDs of that series.

Technically yes, but only on the The World of Sid & Marty Krofft box set. Though I am not sure if it has all episodes or just the 8 that was on the show. Try video sites for all 12 episodes from the Bigfoot and Wildboy series.

The show is pretty difficult to track down on DVD. Select episodes appear on some Sid and Marty Krofft DVD compilations.

This was released on DVD. Its awamzing how a show from 1977 is able to be put on DVD. This is available on DVD in many places online. Due to the popularity of the show I am not surprised that it is easy to locate in DVD format on many websites.
