It depends on what kind of pie it is. A fruit pie can stay unrefrigerated, whereas a cream pie should be refrigerated

Yes, for all but a few fruit pies, the pie should be kept relatively cool after it is cut and eaten.

If it is a store-bought pie, check the label to see if it says "refrigerate after opening". It's a good idea to refrigerate homemade pies, especially in warm climates.

The short answer is yes. Depends on what kind of pie it is though. Fruit pies or ones with meringue or any kind of cream base need to be refrigerated faster than any other kinds. Pies with alcohol in them such as rum pecan pies can be left out for a few hours.
