Should I worry if my dog scoots on her tummy?

No, you don't have to worry because dogs are very playful. She just need some attention from you, maybe she is hungry or thirsty. If it doesn't work, try to touch her tummy and press it hard if she refuse then it's time to bring her in her doctor, or if she didn't refuse she just want to play

Your dog is scratching her belly. Make sure the skin of her underside is not red or irritated. If it is, take her to the veterinarian to prevent infection.

Yes if this is a new behaviour. Does the dog have a rash that she is trying to itch? That is my guess of why she would be doing that. If she is in heat she could be scooting on her tummy to give her "relief".

You need not worry about your dog scoots as it is a natural process of all dogs in certain times. Hence you can have a hassle-free when your dog is concerned. Dog usually scoott when they feel insecured and would behave somewhat indifferently to cope with the natural process. Be happy over that.
