Should I worry about asymmetrical tissue on both breasts?

Unless the asymmetry is so marked that one breast is visibly larger or smaller when wearing clothes, or you are just unhappy. There is generally nothing to worry about.

Most women have slightly different shapes to their breasts and this wouldn't be a cause for concern. However, if both of your breasts are about the same size and they become asymmetrical, the change should be checked out by a doctor. There has been a study to suggest that asymmetry in breasts can be a factor in diagnosing breast cancer.

No. Most breasts have tissue present on one side that is not on the other side. As a general rule asymmetrical tissue is usually bengin. Generally these are created by fibrocystic changes rather than carcinoma. This condition is rather typical for most women and some men. If it is something that is worrisome a biopsy will render a definite answer.
