Should I take my plants outside?

For some fresh air and sunlight.

to take your plant outside, its very necessary the appropriate condition of your surroundinds. it should be in proper temperature and humidity. fresh air with good contain of oxygen as well as carbon dioxide are neede for the good health of the plant. proper sunlight is also necessary for the photosynthesis reaction. in rainy season is not a good idea.

Depends on what kind of plants. If they are outdoor plants you are growing indoors than it would not hurt. Lots of indoor plants are indoors for a reason and cant handle direct sunlight, fresh air can be acheived by opening a window.

I do it. I knew a lady that did it maybe once every 2-4 weeks. It seemed to be good for her plants. Rejuvenating. Seems to be the same for my plants too. I recommend it.

its mainly depends upon the plant. some plants live in little sun light some are live hot temperature also during sunlight plant are reduce in water content that time some plants are die so that of flower keep away from the sunlight. sunlight also need for plant growing because it will increase the chlorophyll content.
