Should I be concerned that my toddler has no teeth?

My toddler has no teeth.

That depends on the age of your toddler. It is fairly normal for a child to not have any teeth come through before 12 months of age, however If your child is 18 months or older, I would consult a pediatric dentist, just to be sure. All children develop at different stages, and tooth eruption can vary wildly.

It depends on how old he or she is. The time when baby teeth come in can vary widely. Usually the first teeth begin appearing around six to seven months of age, but some babies do not get them until their first birthday. If one or more of the parents are late teethers, the baby likely will be too.

Yes, you should be concerned. If you are not already taking your doctor to the dentist periodically you should start to do so. Children should be taken to the dentist for the first time before they turn a year old. Your Toddler should have gotten most of his baby teeth already.
