Yes, you should be concerned about blood in your dog's urine. A healthy dog should not have blood in its urine. This does not, however, mean that it is a terribly significant problem; it could just be that your dog has a urinary tract infection, which can be easily treated with prescription medication.

Yes, you should. Blood in the urine, hematuria, can indicate a serious medical condition. It can indicate anything from treatable conditions such as urinary tract infection or obstruction, cystitis (inflammation of the bladder) etc. It can also indicate more serious conditions such as cancer. If your dog is showing signs of being in pain, this would indicate an emergency situation.

yes, blood in the urine is always a cause for consern. Urine does not normally contain blood so this is unusual. Take your dog to the vet for a urinalysis. It could be some type of infection which will more than likely need to be treated with antibiotics. Do not wait too long before seeking tratment.

Finding blood in your dog's urine is a cause for concern. A lot of different things could be causing this. Likely candidates include a bladder infection or some sort of injury. Either way, a veterinarian is the only one who can tell what is wrong and what to do about it.
