Yes you should as you can earn quite a bit of revenue on this per year. Negotiate a good rate of revenue (or rent) each year before agreeing to anything.

If you are going to be paid sufficiently on monthly basis as per the rent charges in your area, there is no harm in your agreeing to allow a cellphone tower on your property but this is always a long term contract and you would not be able to get vacated unless they default on rent payment.

It depends on how much they are willing to pay you for the tower. Towers do not cause any kind of problems, however they can be a visual eyesore to some people.

I don't think you should. But you should consult a lawyer before saying yes or no to it. The lawyer would know better if you should or not.
