If her drug addiction has interferred with the marriage, which it probably has, then yes, it is grounds for divorce.

In most states no other grounds besides "irreconcileable differences" which covers a multitude of reasons is the only reason you need to give.

Yes that is grounds for divorce, you should contact an attorney and do what you need to in order to protect yourself and your children.

In this day and age you can divorce for any reason. If your wife is a drug addict you need to really think about what you want. If you have children and she refuses to change then, yes you need to protect your children.
